DECISION
Point 1. Until the full constitution of the regular organs of the Republic, temporary organizational units are established for keeping registers, publication of acts, administrative preparation of elections and protection of institutional continuity.
Point 2. Provisional authorities act exclusively within the limits of the founding acts, this decision and the laws of the Republic.
Point 3. Special appointments to positions will be made by individual acts of competent authorities when the constitutional and legal requirements are met.
Point 4. This decision is published in the Official Gazette and enters into force on the day of publication.
