DECISION
Point 1. The official seals and letterheads of the bodies of the Republic must contain the name of the body, the coat of arms of the RSS and the mark of the act when necessary.
Point 2. The visual identity of the letterhead is based on the colors of the Republic, a formal arrangement and a clearly marked legal basis.
Point 3. Competent authorities are obliged to harmonize their seals and memoranda with this decision.
Point 4. This decision is published in the Official Gazette and enters into force on the day of publication.
