Article 1 (Official Discord server)
The Discord server available through the permanent invitation https://discord.gg/Pq7vSWejWw is hereby established as the Official Discord Server of the Republic of North Sarajevo.
The server serves public communication, citizen and community participation, official announcements, administrative communication where appropriate, diplomatic and international communication, and communication between authorised republican institutions and users.
Discord is not an authority of the Republic, and messages published on the server do not by themselves constitute legal acts.
Article 2 (Official Instagram account)
The existing Instagram account @rssgov, available at https://instagram.com/rssgov, is designated as the official Instagram account of the Republic of North Sarajevo.
Public communication conducted through that account from the date this Decision enters into force is recognised as communication through an official public channel of the Republic.
Official public communication is distinct from legally binding acts; laws, decisions, regulations and other acts acquire legal status only through the procedure prescribed by the Constitution and law and, where required, through publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3 (Administration of the channels)
Technical administration and maintenance of the channels referred to in Articles 1 and 2 shall be carried out by the competent republican authorities and authorised administrators.
The President of the Republic and the Office of the President retain authority over official presidential communications.
Other institutions may publish only within their competence and through authorised accounts and authorised personnel.
Article 4 (Authenticity)
The official addresses of the digital communication channels covered by this Decision are: Discord — https://discord.gg/Pq7vSWejWw; Instagram — https://instagram.com/rssgov.
These addresses shall be entered in the Republic's public register of official communication channels.
Article 5 (Entry into force)
This Decision enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of North Sarajevo.
