Point 1. (Establishment of the register)

The Register of buildings and roads of special administrative significance of Bosnia and Herzegovina is established, in accordance with Articles 6 and 7 of the Law on Administrative Areas, Cities, Districts and Territorial Reorganization of the Republic of North Sarajevo.

Point 2. (Contents of the register)

For each entry, the register contains the category, official name, location or route, territorial unit, legal and factual basis for entry, competent authority, date, spatial record version and verification status.

Point 3. (Categories)

The register contains specially separated categories:

1. institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina; 2. diplomatic-consular facilities and facilities of international organizations; 3. educational institutions; 4. health and other public institutions; 5. other public functions; 6. roads of special importance.

Point 4. (Criteria for roads)

The entry of a road is made when there is documentary evidence that it meets at least one criterion from Article 7 of the Law, along with a description of the exact route and an explanation of why the access or connection is of particular importance.

Point 5. (Registration and modification procedure)

(1) The authority responsible for territorial organization prepares the registration proposal, checks the source and publishes it for public inspection before the final decision.

(2) The final entry and changes are published in the Official Gazette and on the public map of the register.

(3) If the information is not sufficiently verifiable, it is kept as "under verification" and is not used to limit status, rights or access.

Point 6. (First register)

The government publishes the first complete register within 60 days from the entry into force of this decision, after checking official sources and the route of each road. Do not enter a name, address or route without a verifiable source.

Point 7. (Access)

The publication of the register must not contain information whose public disclosure would threaten the security of a protected object or the privacy of a person. The restriction of publication must be justified and proportionate.
